Many of our products are sold by weight. Prices shown are estimates based on typical portions. The final price will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order and confirmed before payment is processed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Orders are not confirmed until we contact you to verify availability and confirm the final total.

You may modify or cancel your order before it is prepared by contacting us directly.

4. Payment

Payment is required before or upon delivery/pickup. We accept credit/debit cards (over the phone), cash on delivery, and payment in-store.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas within the Illawarra region. Delivery fees and minimum order values vary by location. See our Payment & Delivery page for details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If you are not available to receive your delivery, please provide alternative instructions when placing your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
